We are here to provide a service to you as well as to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay with us. We welcome your feedback and would like your valued comments on the comment card found in your room by the bedside table.

Please note: We have a strict NO SMOKING policy and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the bedrooms. A charge of £200 will be applied to deep clean the room if it is found that any guest has been smoking in their room.

We would also ask that you respect our property and leave the room and its contents, in the same condition as you found them.

There have been occasions recently, where we have had to completely redecorate a number of rooms as a result of a lack of care by some guests.

Please be advised that all damages to our property will be charged back to whoever caused the damage. This includes additional cleaning of curtains, carpets, bedding etc which have been damaged as a direct result of over indulgence in alcohol, and these charges will take place whether the guest is in-house or not.
