Undoubtedly one of the finest Chinese restaurants around. Justifiably famed for it's excellent seafood and fish, there are also alternatives such as beautifully moist Cantonese style roast chicken or aromatic crispy duck. The real favourite however is lobster with ginger, spring onions and special noodles, and it is rumoured that more lobsters are sold here than anywhere else in the capital.
